Schedule/Hours:
36 hours guaranteed per week
Key Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Experience in therapy within a hospital environment Strong communication and patient engagement abilities Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment and exercise techniques Collaborative spirit and adaptability in a dynamic care setting
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans Implement various physical therapy techniques and modalities Document patient progress and adjust care as needed Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises
