Physical Therapist (PT) - Full Time & Per Diem AVIR at Del Sol 11525 Vista Del Sol Drive, El Paso, TX 79936 Join Our Rehabilitation Team! AVIR at Del Sol is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. We are hiring for both Full-Time and Per Diem opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist who enjoys providing patient-centered care and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help residents improve mobility, function, and independence. Position Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans. Provide skilled physical therapy services based on residents' needs, goals, and plan of care. Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, transfer training, mobility training, and functional activities. Monitor residents' progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Educate residents and caregivers on mobility, safety, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities. Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing staff, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in care planning and communicate residents' progress and needs to the appropriate team members. Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications Current Texas Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in skilled nursing, subacute rehabilitation, or a similar setting is preferred. Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
