  • Physical Therapist | Full-Time | Outpatient | 1200 Richland Dr Suite G Waco, TX 76710 Endeavor Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Clinical Director / Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient team in Waco, Texas.
This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about patient care and ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. As a Clinical Director, you'll have the opportunity to continue treating patients while helping shape clinic culture, mentor team members, drive clinical excellence, and support the growth of a thriving outpatient practice. In this role, you'll work alongside a dedicated team committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment. Our clinicians help patients overcome orthopedic injuries, post-surgical conditions, mobility limitations, and other musculoskeletal challenges while building meaningful relationships throughout the community. Your Role:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life. Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions. Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional patient care. Mentor and support therapists and clinic staff in their professional development. Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, patients, and team members to drive outstanding patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time. Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management. Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians. Support clinic growth initiatives and contribute to a positive patient experience. Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required. Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. Leadership, supervisory, or Clinical Director experience preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
