Job Description

Salary:
$85,000 - 100,000 based on experience! Greater Therapy Centers, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics serving the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding communities for over 20 years
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee clinical operations of the physical therapy clinic to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction. Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Monitor patient progress and outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize recovery. Conduct patient evaluations and provide hands-on care as needed, ensuring adherence to best practices in physical therapy. Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources and other healthcare providers to promote clinic services. Manage clinic budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining operational efficiency. Prepare and present reports on clinic performance, patient outcomes, and team productivity to upper management. Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to enhance the clinic's visibility and patient engagement. Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy and integrate new techniques and methodologies into practice.
Essential Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification (specific educational qualifications not detailed). State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a physical therapist in California. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a patient-centered approach. Basic understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Desired Experience:
Prior clinical experience as a physical therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting. Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is highly desirable. Proven track record of improving clinic operations and patient outcomes. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinic management software.
