Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Flower Mound, TX. In this role, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care.

Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plansPerform physical therapy treatments using various therapeutic techniques and modalitiesDocument patient progress and maintain accurate medical recordsEducate patients and families about treatment plans and home exercise programsCollaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient careAssess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordinglyMaintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standardsParticipate in team meetings and care planning sessionsQualificationsDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited programCurrent Texas Physical Therapy licenseValid BLS/CPR certificationStrong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalitiesExcellent assessment and diagnostic skillsProven experience in developing and implementing treatment plansStrong documentation and electronic medical record skillsEffective communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirementsExperience working with diverse patient populationsProblem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAdditional InformationAt Therapy Partners of North Texas, we believe in fostering a rewarding and supportive work environment.
