Job Description
Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including medical history reviews, to accurately assess physical conditions and determine appropriate treatment plans. Develop and implement individualized therapy programs; may include behavioral interventions, wound care, or hyperbaric medicine when applicable. Provide telehealth consultations and follow‑up care to expand patient access to therapy services. Maintain precise and timely documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems. Apply BLS and CPR protocols in emergency situations to ensure patient safety. Communicate effectively with patients from culturally diverse backgrounds, fostering trust and compliance.
