What makes you the perfect addition to our rehab team: Strong communication as well as interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality therapy services and compassionate care to a variety of patients. This includes liaising with patients, families, support departments etc. to adequately plan for patient needs Passion and dedication to conduct assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions A sense of teamwork to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. This includes overseeing and evaluating care given by PTAs, Rehab Aides, and PT as well as PTA students Pride in your work to maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress as well as treatment plans utilizing therapy software appropriately and accurately Ability to adapt to diverse environments and patient needs What prerequisites are necessary for you to thrive in this role: Being a graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy: BSPT, MSPT, or DPT (2003 or later must have MSPT or DPT) Currently registered/licensed in Colorado and must maintain an active Physical Therapist license in good standing throughout employment Previous work or student fieldwork experience in a clinical setting is preferred CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation; CPR certification must remain current during employment Ready to make a difference?
