Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel assignment (Specific shifts may vary based on clinic needs)Core Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive evaluations for assigned patients, developing and adjusting treatment plans according to goals, physician guidance, and patient progress. Deliver and delegate discipline-specific therapy services, ensuring effective transition back to community activities. Educate patients, families, students, and team members; act as a clinical mentor when assigned to student programs. Maintain clear, timely, and accurate medical records, including documentation, assessment letters, and charge entries, adhering to clinic and regulatory guidelines. Uphold professional standards, confidentiality, and compliance with safety initiatives, including infection control and safe patient handling. Engage in ongoing professional development, set growth objectives, and participate in process improvement or feedback initiatives.Desired Qualifications:
Active PT license in Texas (or eligible). Prior experience in hospital-based or outpatient therapy settings preferred. Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills. Commitment to quality patient care, safety, and ethical practice. Ability to adapt and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.Benefits & Perks:
