Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop customized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain Implement therapeutic interventions and wellness programs to restore function and prevent disability Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate documentation and utilize EMR systems (preferably MEDHOST) Float as needed to support various hospital units during day shifts (9 AM

Qualifications and Experience:

Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current Texas licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist Minimum 2 years of PT experience, with at least 1 year in inpatient rehab Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through AHA or ARC Proficiency with EMR systems preferred, particularly MEDHOST Must be able to wear any solid color scrubs Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility No recent grads or LPTA submissions will be considered
