Our interdisciplinary team works collaboratively to help patients restore function, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life in a supportive and compassionate environment. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in both full-time and per diem roles. The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional patient care, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical function, mobility, strength, and range of motion Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and reduce pain Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, exercises, and safety strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or outpatient settings preferred
