Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their physical therapy needs and establish individual treatment goals. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes. Provide detailed guidance on injury prevention and prescribe appropriate home exercises tailored to individual patient circumstances. Document patient care and treatment plans accurately, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to integrate care and enhance overall patient experience. Utilize state-of-the-art tools and methodologies, including various therapeutic modalities, to facilitate recovery in a supportive environment. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and those managing chronic pain. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required. Licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice Physical Therapy in Texas. Preferred Experience At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting is preferred to ensure a smooth transition into the role. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
