Work Environment As a staff member at All In Rehabilitation Center, you will work full-time on-site in a vibrant clinic that emphasizes teamwork and open communication. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured yet flexible work environment conducive to professional development. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their physical therapy needs and establish individual treatment goals. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes. Provide detailed guidance on injury prevention and prescribe appropriate home exercises tailored to individual patient circumstances. Document patient care and treatment plans accurately, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to integrate care and enhance overall patient experience. Utilize state-of-the-art tools and methodologies, including various therapeutic modalities, to facilitate recovery in a supportive environment. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and those managing chronic pain. The role entails direct interaction with patients, ensuring personalized care tailored to their specific conditions and lifestyle. You will play a critical part in empowering patients to regain their mobility and improve their overall well-being. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required. Licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice Physical Therapy in Texas. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and team members. A proactive approach to patient care, with a strong commitment to professional ethics and continuous learning. Preferred Experience At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting is preferred to ensure a smooth transition into the role. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to facilitate patient documentation and treatment tracking. Prior knowledge of evidence-based practices in orthopedic rehabilitation. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
