Master of Physical Therapy Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment
Qualifications:
Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy (MPT, DPT) degree from an accredited program Current Texas Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply
