Job Description

Category Therapy - Hospital - PT Job Type Travel Join an established healthcare team providing exceptional inpatient rehabilitation care in Hallsville, TX. This travel opportunity is ideal for experienced Physical Therapists ready to impact patient recovery and mobility positively in a hospital environment. Working day shifts from 9 AM to 6 PM with floating responsibilities, this role requires no on-call duties.

Key Qualifications:
Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current Texas Physical Therapy licensure Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or ARC Minimum 1 year inpatient rehab experience Minimum 2 years of total Physical Therapy experience Experience with
EMR MEDHOST
preferred Willingness to wear solid color scrubs Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Conduct patient examinations and assessments to develop customized treatment plans Employ techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function in inpatient rehab patients Educate patients on long-term management and prevention strategies for improved health outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and recovery Maintain precise documentation in EMR systems to ensure continuity of care
