Schedule & Hours:
36 hours guaranteed weekly
Qualifications & Experience:
Current Physical Therapy (PT) licensure in Texas (or eligibility) Prior experience in hospital-based therapy is highly desirable Strong assessment and treatment planning skills Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities Dedication to high-quality, evidence-based patient care
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to hospital patients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on maximizing patient mobility and function Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to deliver integrated patient care Document therapy interventions and progress accurately and timely Educate patients and family members on therapy strategies, safety, and home exercises
