Licensed Physical Therapist
! Rise Up Rehab, LLC is an outpatient rehab company seeking a
Licensed Physical Therapist
for an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) in Helotes (1xweek) and Castroville (1-2 x month). Consistent PRN or part-time available for supervisory visits. PTA's perform the treatments. Why Join Us?

Current PT license in Texas.
