VHS What You'll Do:
Assess and plan individualized patient care for outpatient orthopedic, balance, deconditioning, and pain management cases Gather relevant data from charts and care team; consult with physicians as needed Conduct independent patient evaluations and recognize additional needs during assessments Formulate realistic, measurable treatment goals and track patient progress Modify care plans based on ongoing assessments and outcomes Educate patients and families on equipment and treatment strategies Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and regulatory standards
What You Need:
Valid BLS (AHA) certification TX or compact PT license Prior outpatient PT experience preferred Strong assessment, patient education, and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the
