ATTENTION
This position requires graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as a Physical Therapist. Due to expansion, this established outpatient clinic in Kerrville, TX is adding a Physical Therapist to its collaborative team. About the Practice This is a energetic, privately owned outpatient clinic with a team-first culture and a strong commitment to mentorship and professional development. New graduate Physical Therapists are fully supported here and will receive structured mentorship as they build their clinical foundation. Experienced clinicians will find the autonomy and caseload variety to deepen their chosen area of specialization. About the Role You will treat patients of all ages in a general orthopedic outpatient setting, with some back and spinal rehabilitation cases in the mix. Approximately 50% of the patient population is Medicare, so comfort working with that demographic is important. Full-time clinicians can expect to see 11 to 12 patients per 8-hour day. The team environment is collaborative, and clinicians have the support to pursue and grow expertise in their area of interest. Schedule Monday through Friday only. No weekends. No major holidays required. You will have the autonomy to build a schedule that works for you, with the expectation of at least one evening shift per week ending at 6:00pm or 7:00pm. Full time is defined as 40 hours per week. Candidates with a minimum of 30 hours of availability across 4 weekdays will also be considered. Compensation Full-time compensation starts at $75,000 per year and increases based on experience and qualifications. A productivity bonus is also available. Requirements Eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Texas. Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive full mentorship support. Full-time availability of 40 hours preferred, with part-time consideration for candidates available at least 30 hours across 4 weekdays.
