At Fort Worth Physical Therapy Grapevine, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population and provide individualized, evidence-based care to patients experiencing orthopedic, musculoskeletal, sports-related, balance, dizziness, and post-surgical conditions. As part of the H2 Health family, you'll have access to advanced clinical resources while maintaining the close-knit feel of a community-based practice. You'll collaborate with a team dedicated to creating exceptional patient experiences and delivering meaningful outcomes through personalized treatment plans. The clinic also supports a variety of specialized treatment approaches, including sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion rehabilitation, dry needling, and work-related injury recovery.
Your Role:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life. Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, vestibular, balance, and musculoskeletal conditions. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time. Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management. Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians. Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence. Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
