Physical Therapist (PRN) - Outpatient Hawkins, TX | Serenity PAS Therapy Join a Team That Truly Puts Patients First At Serenity PAS Therapy, we believe exceptional patient care starts with therapists who are supported, respected, and given the time to provide quality treatment. We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team. This is a PRN position, perfect for someone looking to work 2 days per week or afternoon/evening hours. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a newer therapist who loves orthopedics and working with older adults, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals. Provide evidence-based treatment to improve strength, mobility, balance, function, and quality of life. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Collaborate with our PT, OT, PTA, and administrative team to provide outstanding patient care. Complete timely and accurate documentation. We're Looking For Someone Who Holds a current Texas Physical Therapist license. Enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients. Is dependable, positive, and works well independently. Has strong communication and clinical reasoning skills. Values teamwork and compassionate care. Experience in outpatient orthopedics or geriatrics is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
