Qualifications/Experience:
Current, active state license for Physical Therapy Recent hospital or outpatient PT experience preferred Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, and administer therapy within physician guidelines Commitment to patient and employee safety, including safe patient handling and infection control protocols Adherence to state, federal, and organizational regulations and codes of conduct Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment goals based on patient needs Direct, delegate, and oversee discipline-specific therapy services Educate patients, families, students, and staff on therapy principles and safe practices Maintain clear, concise, and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements Participate in professional development and quality improvement initiatives Support a positive work culture emphasizing safety, collaboration, and superior patient care
