We are a family-owned outpatient physical therapy clinic with 2 physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant currently on staff. We are seeking a compassionate Doctor of Physical Therapy who is a team player and ready to use manual therapy skills to treat patients. We like to treat our patients with a wholistic and active approach. We sought to start our own clinic to offer the highest level of patient care and to decrease therapist burnout, thus the minimum time spent with your patient will be 45 minutes and a rehab tech is always available to assist with patient care during the 15 minute overlap. We aim to foster growth and enjoyment in your place of work. The majority of the patient population is orthopedic in nature with post-op being common (shoulder/ankle/knee/hip). There is a small percentage of neurological conditions, most commonly being stroke. Vestibular conditions are rare but this experience is preferred but not required. The therapist will provide direct treatment to patients (including manual therapy), complete assessments, and formulate a plan of care. The therapist will enter patient records, assessments, and daily therapy notes into the clinic's EMR (Jane App). The therapist will also help with social media content creation as time allows. Patients are scheduled one every hour or every 45 minutes. We offer flexibility with your schedule and maintain hours of operation M-F 7am - 7pm. We also offer mentoring, and in-services are held regularly during our weekly team lunch. Team outings are held approximately once a quarter. Full-time benefits include paid holidays PTO Health insurance compensation for CEUs retirement plan match Please apply here or email with your resume. DsDMenupd2
