Key Qualifications:
Valid PT licensure in Texas, in good standing Prior hospital-based outpatient therapy experience preferred Commitment to safe patient care and adherence to best practices Strong communication and teaching abilities, with an interest in mentoring students and peers Consistent professionalism, punctuality, and adherence to appearance standards
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive evaluations and create individualized therapy plans Modify treatment plans based on patient progress and physician input Delegate and direct therapy services according to clinic policies Document care according to state, federal, and facility guidelines Foster a positive learning environment for students and new staff Actively pursue ongoing professional development through self-study and continuing education
