Key Qualifications:

Active, valid Texas Physical Therapist license required Recent fingerprint clearance through TEA or ability to complete before start date School-based experience strongly preferred, particularly with K-12 populations Ability to provide references from your two most recent supervisors Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative approach Willingness to travel between assigned schools in the area

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students with diverse needs Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district policies Adjust therapy approaches to best meet each student's needs in a school setting Support the safe and successful participation of each student in their educational environment This contract spans 37.5 hours per week and offers a consistent schedule from November to February, providing valuable experience and professional growth in a supportive atmosphere.
