Performs the essential duties and the primary functions of a physical therapist. Responsibilities include but are not limited to evaluating patients, developing goals and treatment plans, administering physical therapy treatments, documenting treatment, and communicating with physicians and other health care workers. Responsible for promoting teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments. Responsible for solving practical problems, dealing with a variety of instructions in written and oral form.SHIFT AND SCHEDULE
Full Time:
Monday- Thursday 7:00 AM
- 5:00 PM & Friday 7:00 AM
- 12:00 PM
