We are seeking a Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients recover, improve function, and achieve better quality of life in a supportive, modern clinical setting. Job Summary BINSERA Physical Therapy & Balance Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic in Sugar Land. This role focuses on helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and safely return to daily activities through individualized, evidence-based treatment. You will evaluate patients, create personalized plans of care, provide hands-on therapy, and guide patients through recovery in a supportive clinical environment. We are looking for someone who values patient-centered care, strong outcomes, and efficient documentation. Duties Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional goals Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, balance training, neuromuscular re-education, and functional mobility training Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, posture, and long-term wellness strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to support continuity of care Contribute to a positive patient experience and a strong clinic culture Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Texas Physical Therapist license, or eligible for Texas licensure Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Outpatient orthopedic or functional rehab experience preferred New graduates with strong interest in outpatient care are welcome to apply Preferred Experience with orthopedic, post-surgical, balance, and mobility conditions Interest in fall prevention, functional rehabilitation, and manual therapy Experience with EMR documentation Compensation & Benefits $80,000•90,000 annual salary Productivity bonus opportunity Supportive and professional work environment Opportunity to grow with a modern and expanding practice Technology-enabled workflow and streamlined documentation tools Why Join BINSERA At BINSERA, we are building a modern, patient-focused therapy practice that values quality care, efficiency, and innovation.
