At Sterling Physical Therapy and Wellness , you will have the time and clinical freedom to do exactly that. You will work one-on-one with patients during 40-minute appointments , giving you more time to listen, assess movement, provide hands-on treatment, educate your patients, and build individualized plans of care. As we continue expanding at our Sienna-Missouri City location , we are looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to become a stronger clinician, build meaningful patient relationships, and grow with a practice that is investing in its future. At Sterling Physical Therapy and Wellness, 40-minute one-on-one appointments give you more time to understand what is driving a patient's limitations and create a treatment plan around their individual goals.
You will be able to:
Perform thorough evaluations instead of rushing through them. Use your clinical reasoning to guide treatment decisions. Provide hands-on treatment when appropriate. Progress therapeutic exercise and movement intentionally. Educate patients so they understand their condition and recovery. Build stronger relationships and continuity throughout the plan of care. Adjust treatment based on progress rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. The goal is simple. Help patients make meaningful progress while giving Physical Therapists the environment and support to practice at a high level. You will help them understand what is happening, what they can do about it, and what progress should look like. Your role is to combine clinical expertise, movement, exercise, hands-on care, and patient education to help people become stronger, more capable, and more confident in their bodies. What You Will Do Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations. Develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals. Provide evidence-based outpatient Physical Therapy treatment. Use therapeutic exercise, movement training, manual therapy, and progressive rehabilitation strategies. Treat orthopedic, balance, vestibular, TMJ, and wellness-related conditions. Educate patients about their diagnosis, recovery, home program, injury prevention, and long-term health. Progress patients safely toward meaningful functional goals. Monitor outcomes and adjust plans of care when needed. Build strong therapeutic relationships through clear communication and personalized care. Collaborate with support staff and other members of the clinical team. Help create an excellent patient experience from evaluation through discharge. Contribute ideas that support continued clinical and practice growth. What We Are Looking For Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Active Texas Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure. Three or more years of outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply. Interest or experience in orthopedics, manual therapy, dry needling, TMJ, vestibular rehabilitation, balance care, or wellness-based treatment. Strong clinical reasoning and commitment to individualized care. Strong communication and patient education skills.
