Plans and modifies treatment programs. Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency, as applicable. Two years in acute care. Previous clinical nursing experience.

(e.g., CPR): AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)

• Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA); however, must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire. AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• must be completed within 60 days of hire or transfer into role
• Should be completed before the end of the orientation period. AHA Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP)
• must be completed within 60 days of hire or transfer into role
• Should be completed before the end of the orientation period.

• AWHONN Intermediate FM o Upon hire, must show evidence of successful completion of AWHONN Intermediate FM within the past 2 years o If no completion in the past 2 yrs, must complete AWHONN Intermediate FM within 6 months
• AWHONN Advanced FM (AFM) o If has current AWHONN completion
• renew by recommended renewal date o If completed AWHONN Intermediate FM in the past 2 years, must complete

AWHONN AFM

within 9 months of hire. o If obtained AWHONN Intermediate FM after hire, AWHONN AFM must be completed within 9 months of Intermediate FM completion

S.T.A.B.L.E.

• Must provide proof of prior completion or obtain within 6 months of hire or transfer date into unit (Renewal only required for Maternal Transport Team ).
