Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and modify patient-centered treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians for care direction. Delegate and oversee therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring effective, functional program design for community reintegration. Uphold high standards of patient and employee safety, including safe patient handling and adherence to all facility safety guidelines. Educate patients, families, students, and peers, contributing to a supportive and knowledgeable care environment. Maintain concise, accurate, and timely medical records, goal documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate in professional development, pursuing continued learning and involvement in the latest therapy practices and organizational initiatives. Adhere to state and federal regulations, maintain licensure, and exemplify ethical standards in all aspects of care.Qualifications:
Valid, current Physical Therapist license. Experience in a hospital or outpatient therapy setting preferred. Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to safety, professional standards, and continuous growth.Excellent Travel Perks & Benefits:
