The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, orthopedic manual therapy skills, differential diagnosis and prognosis skills, grassroots marketing, and working in a multi-discipinary setting. This role involves working with patients in both the general population active setting, and professional athlete setting; focusing on developing individualized care plans to return patint to sport and long term goals. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive treatment for patients of all ages. Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans with specific goal setting based on diagnosis Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals. Utilize various therapeutic techniques to alleviate pain and improve function. Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in accordance with medical terminology standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within sport medicine setting to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and contribute to ongoing professional development. Manual therapy skills WIllingness to accept students and understand CI duties Qualifications Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to physical therapy practices. Experience in outpatient settings preferred, with strong orthopedic diagnosis skills and manual skills Dry Needling Certification Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with agents, ATC's, MD's, and other related disciplines in sports medicine Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
