Full-time, permanent position Inpatient Rehab position working with Stroke, TBI, Spinal Cord, Polytrauma , Burns, and more 90-day Mentorship and training program with a highly skilled and passionate Lead PT 1 hour of documentation time daily 60-90min sessions - see 6 patients a day Stable schedule and work environment $10,000 sign-on / relocation bonus $3,000/year Loan repayment program Insurance benefits, 401k match, PTO, & moreOVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
Full-time permanent Inpatient Rehab position...Inpatient Rehab is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding settings in all of healthcare. It is, at its core, the heart of Physical Therapy. In this setting, you will work with patients in the most critical state of their recovery process and have the opportunity to meet them in their greatest time of need. Additionally, you will have a profound impact over the course of their 3 to 4-week stay and see them make drastic improvements to return to their lives at home. You will work with various Ortho, Neuro, Burn, Trauma, Cardiac, and Pulmonary patient populations, seeing 6 patients per day. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.QUALIFICATIONS
