Physical Therapist Full-Time Outpatient 5700 Schertz Pkwy Ste 110, Schertz, TX 78154 Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Schertz, Texas. Clinicians work with a diverse outpatient population including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical conditions, vestibular disorders, balance and gait impairments, sports-related injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. The clinic emphasizes individualized treatment plans, consistent therapist-patient relationships, and collaborative care designed to help patients reach meaningful functional goals. Treatment approaches may include manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, dry needling, and other evidence-based interventions.
