Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Missouri City, Texas. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plansPerform manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercisesDocument patient progress and maintain detailed treatment recordsEducate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programsCollaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomesUtilize various physical therapy equipment and modalitiesMaintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standardsParticipate in regular team meetings and care planning sessionsQualificationsDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institutionCurrent Texas state physical therapy licenseValid BLS/CPR certificationStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniquesProficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercisesExperience with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsExcellent assessment and diagnostic skillsStrong documentation and communication abilitiesDemonstrated experience in developing individualized treatment plansAbility to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environmentPhysical stamina to assist patients with exercises and movementsCommitment to continuing education and professional development
