Job Description
East Texas Physical Therapy is looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team! We are a growing outpatient therapy clinic focused on providing high-quality, individualized care while creating a supportive environment for our therapists and staff. We are looking for someone who wants to build meaningful relationships with patients, work alongside a great team, and have the opportunity to grow professionally. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient's goals and needs Provide hands-on treatment and therapeutic exercise Document evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharges accurately and timely Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team Participate as an active member of our therapy team Help patients improve function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy What We're Looking For Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Texas licensure Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy program Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while also being a team player New graduates are welcome to apply!
