AVIR AT SWEETWATER, a small, charming skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility that provides great care, seeks a full time Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy program. We seek a PT who is passionate about delivering the best possible care for our patients and residents. We see a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological and cognitive conditions and are seeking a clinician who loves to create and implement programs to address these conditions. We have excellent nursing care in this facility and offer amazing support and the opportunity to build a program you can be proud of. Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities.
