Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis:

Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing physical evaluations to accurately diagnose conditions and monitor patient progress throughout the recovery cycle.

Strategic Care Planning:

Design and evolve personalized treatment frameworks that address specific clinical needs while integrating patient and family goals for optimal rehabilitation.

Evidence-Based Intervention:

Execute advanced physical therapy techniques and manual skills tailored to individual patient conditions to improve functional outcomes and mobility.

Clinical Leadership & Supervision:

Direct the activities of physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff, ensuring all treatments meet rigorous professional standards and safety protocols. What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification /

Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Education:

Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
