We specialize in workplace injury prevention, workers' compensation, and motor vehicle accident rehabilitation. Our model allows clinicians to provide individualized care while helping patients return to work, recreation, and daily life.

Job Responsibilities Patient Care Provide evaluation and treatment services for individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and other orthopedic or neurologic conditions. Help patients restore function, reduce pain, and confidently return to work, recreation, and daily activities. Varied Caseload Manage a diverse schedule consisting of approximately 30% home-based care and 70% clinic or mobile outpatient visits. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy variety, independence, and working across multiple settings. Patient Education Build strong relationships with patients through clear communication, education, and collaborative goal setting. Interdisciplinary Collaboration Coordinate with physicians, case managers, employers, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes.
