Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist at Color Country Physical Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients by providing personalized, evidence-based care and treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical limitations and functional abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each patient. Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and other modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function. Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to enhance their rehabilitation progress. Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated patient care. Stay current with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy to provide the best possible care.
Qualifications:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. State licensure as a Physical Therapist. Strong clinical and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Compassion and a strong desire to help patients improve their physical health and well-being. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
