Job Description

Compensation and Benefits Base Salary:
$88,000 to $100,000 per year
Clinic Director Bonus:
$8,000 to $12,000 annually, tied to clinic growth and performance
Profit Sharing:
$5,000 to $8,000+ annually based on clinic success 401(k) with 4%
Match CEU Reimbursement:
$1,500 per year
Insurance Stipend:
$2,400 per year
Total Compensation Potential:
$115,000 to $125,000+ This structure is designed so your leadership, clinic performance, and long-term impact directly support your income growth. Your income can grow as the clinic grows, giving you a clear connection between leadership and reward. What You Will Drive You will: Treat patients and stay actively involved in care. Mentor and support Physical Therapists on your team. Lead hiring, onboarding, and retention of high-quality clinicians. Improve clinic operations, flow, and performance. Maintain and elevate clinical standards across all providers. Lead team meetings and clinical discussions. Review performance metrics and improve systems. Protect culture while pushing the clinic forward. Grow the clinic in a sustainable, patient-first way. Who This Role Is Built For This role is built for a Physical Therapist who wants more than a full schedule. You will be a strong fit if you: Are a licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist. Have outpatient experience and strong clinical standards. Want to mentor and develop other clinicians. Think in terms of systems, outcomes, and growth.
