Compensation and Benefits Base Salary:

$88,000 to $100,000 per year

Clinic Director Bonus:

$8,000 to $12,000 annually, tied to clinic growth and performance

Profit Sharing:

$5,000 to $8,000+ annually based on clinic success 401(k) with 4%

Match CEU Reimbursement:

$1,500 per year

Insurance Stipend:

$2,400 per year

Total Compensation Potential:

Mentor and support Physical Therapists on your team. Lead hiring, onboarding, and retention of high-quality clinicians. Improve clinic operations, flow, and performance. Maintain and elevate clinical standards across all providers. Lead team meetings and clinical discussions. Review performance metrics and improve systems. Protect culture while pushing the clinic forward. Grow the clinic in a sustainable, patient-first way.
