Job Description
Physical Therapist Spanish Fork, UT We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Spanish Fork, Utah. This is a part-time opportunity with significant growth potential. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients restore function, improve mobility, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will work alongside a collaborative healthcare team in a patient-focused environment dedicated to delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments and therapeutic exercise programs
- Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Supervise support staff and therapy assistants as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Utah Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Schedule:
- Preferred schedule of two 10-hour shifts per week
- Opportunity for future expansion to full-time hours
Compensation:
- Competitive compensation package $45-$50 per hour
