Licensed Home Health Physical Therapist, Weber/Davis County

Alta Health Services is excited to announce a full time Physical Therapist position for our outpatient at home division in beautiful Weber Davis County, Utah. We pride ourselves in the quality of care we provide, and we offer care options to suit every need. Our Physical Therapist will enjoy a competitive hourly rate, a per visit rate of $60-$70 per visit as well as a driving bonus of $10 hourly. We're excited to offer our therapists an opportunity to deliver patient centered care. We empower therapists to decide what their patients need, and allow enough time in their day to deliver. There are no 15 minute encounters, we do not schedule at 125% production, and we encourage our therapists to spend the time to ensure each patient receives the care they require. Our PT will help our patients with the following: Reviewing patient medical histories Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns Developing individualized patient treatment plans Outlining clear patient goals and the expected plan outcomes Using exercises, stretching, equipment and hands-on therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility and prevent further pain and injury Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care if needed Educating patients and family members about the recovery process We are looking for a PT for our outpatient at home division.
