Job Description
Inova Physical Therapy-Springfield is looking for an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our outstanding team. This position is PRN or as needed for intermittent coverage needs between Monday - Friday. Clinics Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00am -7:00pm, Friday-7:00am to 4:30pm We offer 1:1 patient treatment model, a formal mentorship program and a commitment to continuing education and personal growth. The Physical Therapist PRN selects evaluations and treatment methods appropriate for the patient's diagnosis, age group, and physical/emotional status while formulating appropriate treatment plans. Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities, equipment, and protocols. Perform re-evaluations according to department guidelines while adjusting treatment plans accordingly. Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe, form, and content of written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Communicate effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts. May perform additional duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science inPhysical Therapy Licensure:
Virginia Physical Therapist Licenser or Physical Therapist compact privileges required upon startCertification:
BLS from the American Heart Association required upon start.Preferred Qualification:
