$75,000 - $117,000 annually (Up to $75/hour based on experience) Join Our Team! Atlantic Sports & Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient clinic in Charlottesville, VA . If you're passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and want to grow in a supportive, clinician-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices. Provide hands-on therapy to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Raintree EMR . Manage an outpatient caseload of approximately 50 patient visits per week with AI-assisted documentation support. Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities. QualificationsRequired Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program . Active Virginia Physical Therapist (PT) License or eligibility for licensure. Excellent clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Preferred Experience in outpatient physical therapy.
