Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited physical therapy school b. Current valid license to practice physical therapy in the Commonwealth of Virginia c. Requirements:

DPT degree Active Virginia PT License Current CPR Certification Ability to pass criminal background screening Experience in outpatient, rehab, SNF, hospital, or correctional settings preferred

Responsibilities:

Physical therapy evaluations and treatment Care plans and progress notes Documentation within 24 hours Coordination with medical providers Patient education and rehabilitation services � � River North Correctional Center 329 Dellbrook Lane Independence, VA 24348 Service to be provided approximately 40 hours per week.
