Job Description

Physical Therapists in this outpatient rehab setting will manage diverse patient caseloads, working closely with neuro and orthopedic clients. Gain exposure to innovative treatment modalities and expand your resume with valuable outpatient and neurological rehabilitation experience, all while collaborating with dynamic clinical teams.
Schedule/Hours:
Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. (Four 10-hour shifts) No weekend or on-call requirements
Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapy license in Virginia (or eligibility, with licensing status provided) BLS certification (American Heart Association required) A minimum of 2 years' experience in outpatient rehabilitation, including neuro experience Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills Black scrubs required; adherence to professional dress code
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to a diverse outpatient and neuro-focused caseload Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home exercise regimens Utilize
EPIC EMR
system for documentation and care coordination
