Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active state Physical Therapist license, current and in good standing Previous pediatric and/or school-based experience is highly valued but not required Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit Passion for supporting the unique needs of children and adolescents
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Conducting assessments and providing direct physical therapy services to students Collaborating with educators, parents, and fellow therapy professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Tracking student progress and maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Participating in team meetings and contributing expert recommendations for student care Educating staff and families on exercises and adaptive techniques to foster student success in and out of the classroom
