Position Overview Reliant Rehab Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in West McLean, Virginia. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop effective treatment programs. Apply evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's unique needs while employing advanced therapeutic techniques. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes and adhere to the established plan of care. Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport and trust with patients and their families throughout the treatment process. Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring adherence to regulatory and insurance guidelines while meeting minimum utilization targets. Educate and empower patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies. Patient Population / Client Focus You will focus primarily on orthopedic patients, providing care that encompasses a range of musculoskeletal conditions. This position also involves catering to pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients, thereby requiring versatility and adaptability in your treatment approaches. At Reliant Rehab Services LLC, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful and impactful relationships with patients, contributing towards their recovery and enhancing their quality of life. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA or
CAPTE. A
valid and active State License in Physical Therapy. Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse patient populations. Proficiency in computer skills for documentation and scheduling purposes. Preferred Experience Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, with a proven track record of success in patient outcomes. Interest and willingness to work with multifaceted patient populations, demonstrating a broad skill set. A passion for community engagement and participation in health-related initiatives outside the clinic. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of
USD 100,000
to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. This includes performance-based incentives, insurance coverage, an employee assistance program, 401k, profit sharing, and generous paid time off, including provision for employee illness bank (EIB) accrual.
