Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs based on their condition and functional limitations.
Design and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based techniques, including exercise routines, manual therapy, and modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery rates and achievement of therapeutic goals.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding recovery processes, emphasizing self-care techniques and preventative strategies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary health care teams, discussing patient progress and treatment goals to ensure cohesive care from various medical and rehabilitative perspectives.
Stay updated with the latest practices in physical therapy by attending workshops, clinical seminars, and utilizing professional literature.
Patient Population / Client FocusWe serve a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions.

QualificationsHolding a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid state license in Virginia.

A proactive and adaptable attitude towards patient management and open to incorporating innovative treatment modalities.
