Case load territory is assigned after orientation.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy 2+ years of general PT experience preferred, or 1 year at PT I level within UVM Health Home Health & Hospice with strong performance Home health experience preferred, but not required, we can train the right person! Join UVM Health's Adult Home Care team and help patients maintain independence, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being-all in the comfort of their own homes . We are looking for therapists that are available weekdays. As a home health physical therapist, you'll be part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team including RNs, LPNs, LNAs, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Social Workers, and administrative staff , providing comprehensive, patient-centered care.Why Join Us?
