Job Description

Grays Harbor Health & Rehabilitation in Aberdeen is now hiring a Physical Therapist to come and join our team!
$50.00 - $60.00 /hr The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing quality Physical Therapy services to our residents. This includes treatment, provision of education, appropriate documentation, and patient/family communication for the purpose of assisting the patients achieve optimal functional level and quality of life in an interdisciplinary rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical health Full-time are eligible for: 401K

On Call are not eligible for any of the above except 401k •Placement within the wage range for this position is determined by years of experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions.•Responsibilities
Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
Help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and other physical conditions
Teach patients exercises and techniques to improve their strength, flexibility, and range of motion
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications
Valid Physical Therapist license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
