Our clinic's success stems from our perfected approach to patient care — designing personalized health plans that, when followed, consistently exceed patient expectations. Our clients don't just show up to recover — they choose us because they're ready to commit. They trust the process, actively participate in their healing, and as a result, recover faster than average. We don't convince people to get better; our clients arrive motivated, engaged, and eager to do the work. That culture of dual commitment — ours to exceptional care, theirs to the process — is reflected in our outcomes, our reputation, and the loyalty of the community we serve. We serve both insurance and cash-based patients and our patient population is focused on active adults and athletes. The Opportunity We are growing and looking for a driven, experienced physical therapist who wants to be part of something exceptional. Our clinic is located within Bainbridge Island's most inclusive, longevity-focused fitness community — a private, membership-based strength training and conditioning facility. You'll work with an enthusiastic, sports-oriented clientele who are already invested in their health, while collaborating with some of the best performance trainers and seasoned coaches in the area. For the right clinician, the opportunity goes even further. We encourage providers to broaden their skills and leverage their strengths — designing group rehabilitation classes, launching web-based programs, or developing specialty offerings — all tied to additional commission and revenue sharing. For those with a leadership mindset, there is also a longer-term opportunity to play a key role in establishing additional Fiziologix locations across Kitsap County. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine functional limitations and develop tailored treatment plans based on physiology knowledge and clinical documentation standards. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and exercise programs to promote recovery and enhance mobility. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers to coordinate care plans and discharge strategies. Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to optimize outcomes for diverse populations such as geriatric patients, pediatrics, neurology cases, or orthopedic injuries. Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records (EHR) or electronic medical records (EMR) systems in compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and community care options to support ongoing recovery outside clinical settings. Participate in discharge planning activities by assessing patient needs for home & community care services and ensuring seamless transitions from inpatient or outpatient environments. What Practice Looks Like Here Focused, personalized, intentional, high-impact care Comprehensive 1-on-1 sessions, 45-60 minutes Varied caseload — manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement-based and modality-supported care AI-assisted charting and automated scheduling — minimal paperwork Full clinical autonomy — you lead your treatments, your way Scheduling built around your life Pay commensurate with experience + revenue sharing opportunities Competitive benefits package Part-time or full-time options available Contract / temporary opportunities available as well This Role Is a
